Network Latency refers to the length of time it takes for a computer on one network to communicate with a computer on a different network. Different activities done online will require different amounts of network latency such as gaming, streaming, video chats and even just browsing the web. The lower the latency one has, the greater the connection. High latency on the other hand causes slow and disruptive connections.
